Our restaurant is named Edge Cuisine because we believe that Somali cuisine is on the cutting edge of international cuisine. We take pride in our dishes, which are a reflection of Somalia’s rich history and diverse cultural influences.
At Edge Cuisine, we use only the freshest ingredients to create authentic Somali dishes that are both flavorful and healthy. Some of our signature dishes include sambusas, a savory fried pastry filled with meat or vegetables, and suqaar, a hearty meat and vegetable stew.
